Hi I'm Wanhee. I started my fitness journey in 2012 when I was at university. I spent 10 years trying to build an aesthetic body. The best I achieved was what I call an ‘average-chubby’ physique. I’d train 5-6 times a week for 2 hours but the layer of fat was always there. Every diet I followed had me motivated at first. But eventually I’d binge on the weekends undoing all the good work. I thought building a lean & aesthetic body, the kind you see on movie screens was out of my reach. I
